Return & Refund Policy

At Fozia Style Hub, we prioritize your satisfaction and want to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition. To maintain transparency, we have a specific policy regarding order verification.

1. Open Parcel Policy

We allow customers to open their parcels after payment is made to the rider. To protect your purchase and qualify for a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

  • Mandatory Video Proof: You must record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel for the first time.

  • The video should clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the clothes as they are removed from the packaging.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The clothing is torn or damaged upon arrival.

  • The product has a significant manufacturing defect.

  • The wrong item or size was sent by mistake.

Note: Without a continuous, unedited unboxing video as proof, we will not be able to process a return or replacement claim.

3. The Replacement Process

If your claim is verified via video proof:

  • New Item Sent: We will immediately arrange to send you a fresh, new replacement of the same item.

  • Return Pickup: We will coordinate the return of the damaged item back to our hub.

  • Condition: The items must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or damaged after the parcel was opened.
